If  you are rich and successful in business ,  most of your female “friends”  will be dumb and beautiful,  nice  to you because of your money ( and the things it can buy).  Others will be proxies  for their husband/ father / boyfriends.

But to stereotype and assume that every woman  is equally  stupid and dependent is a  mistake.

Too eager to pay?

Over the last year,  there have been at least 2 persons / companies who have been over eager to pay money to me. One of them is pretending to be a buyer of a domain,  the other company is sending a cheque  even though I have not requested it.

I wonder what their motivation is.

Money and fame

Most people spend most of their lives try to earn a lot of  money and / or become famous.   But when you meet a person who does not care for money or fame,  you realize how poor you are.

Not much money is needed for our basic needs,  but for some people  money is never enough.

Motivation

When people behave in an unethical or illegal manner, you often try to understand their motivation, why they behave in the particular way.

Some of the reasons are:

• Greed  – they are not satisfied with what they have , want things which others want and are not willing to work hard for it
• Prejudices  – due to their upbringing or lack of exposure or false rumors,  they believe that another person is wrong and go out of his or her way to harm the other person who may not have even interacted with them.
