Unethical practices

Many younger people think it is OK to lie and cheat,  they are willing to do anything to become rich and famous.  But they do not realise that doing so has the many dangers:

• You will get caught at some stage – lose the goodwill and few people will trust you.
• You  set a bad example to your juniors/ new employees
• When you tell your juniors that it is OK to lie and cheat to earn more money,  your competitors can and will bribe your employees to misbehave with your customers.
• Long term growth is difficult.
