Motivation

When people behave in an unethical or illegal manner, you often try to understand their motivation, why they behave in the particular way.

Some of the reasons are:

• Greed  – they are not satisfied with what they have , want things which others want and are not willing to work hard for it
• Prejudices  – due to their upbringing or lack of exposure or false rumors,  they believe that another person is wrong and go out of his or her way to harm the other person who may not have even interacted with them.
